Python supports [[http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32557920/what-are-
type-hints-in-python-3-5|type hints]] since Python 3.5.
To support tools developers with tools such as !PyCharm, we might consider
adding type hints PyGreSQL 5.x, e.g. in the form of additional *.pyi stub
files.
