Thanks for the information, I will fix it and upload the new file.

build. I copied it from CVS. Nothing much in there anyway. The tests
are not passesd successfully. Probably you noticed similar error with
numpy-0.9.8. (I am using 0.9.6)
I do not know, I think I had more but not that error.
run_tests.py will run all tests. I had only errors which are linked to
int arrrays and char arrays.

Could you please remove the build directory and build it again? I can
not reproduce this error?
If it occurs, could you please list which compiler and architecture you
are using?
