Hi Jerry, I have been using multiminimize routines of pygsl for the last 4 months. I must admit I am using optimization by simplex for the most part. Before I started using it, there was a bug in 64-bit version, which me and Pierre ironed out. Since then I had no problems. (Although there were some problems that were left unresolved at that time, read the list mailings). So it depends on what you want.
I dont know how much of help that is to you. > I am new to pygsl and I intend to use it, but I have some concerns: > 1. When will the stable version supported by numpy come out? > 2. Will it be well-maintained in the future? It looks like not very active > for updating this tool... cheers, Krishna. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
