I regenerated the documentation found at: http://www.gnome.org/~james/pygtk-docs/
The script hasn't changed yet (so it still doesn't list functions, interfaces, boxed types or pointer types), but the defs files in pygtk are now up to date with the 2.0 API, and more of gtk has been documented. It contains combined documentation for the pango, atk, gtk, gtk.gdk and gtk.glade modules.
