What is your pyinstaller version? 1.5 or svn? Could you please try to run buildtests on your mac? ./buildtests/runtests.py and trying interactive tests? ./buildtests/runtests.py -i Does the wx test fail? Does the binary from wx test work on another mac box? What all files are in the 'dist' folder with the build of your app? How did you install wxpython? Any installer for Mac?
