I decided the current PyInstaller licensing structure back in 2006, and I can 
tell you with confidence that my goal was not to impose any restriction on the 
final executable, not even the mandatory display of attribution and/or 
copyright messages.

Thinking in retrospect, I should have made this more clear in the license 
exception that is carried in the bootloader files; I concede that, the way it 
is currently phrased, can leave some doubts.

I will update the FAQ to reflect the original meaning that I wanted it to have, 
and I guess that will be enough to clarify this situation. I wouldn't like to 
touch the license right now because it's always a delicate call.
