Well, this is not a good idea. Runtime-hooks are not for fun, but they exist because they are required.
If you cut off parts of you app, you do not need to wonder why it is failing.
You need to find out, which part of you app is requiring pywin32 and why it is not found.
ImportError: No module named mxDateTime
If you look the the traceback, you will find out what is missing: mx/DateTime/mxDateTime/mxDateTime.pyd
