I have removed first message using this info: http://www.pyinstaller.org/ticket/783 Second message is perhaps because of no manifest, contained in onefile executable, generated by pyInstaller. If generate onedir distribution, there is no error.. Why pyInstaller does not add manifest to onefile executable?
