I have an executable currently working on 4 different platforms (Windows, Mac, Fedora 19, and Ubuntu 10) although the console window is not popping up and showing output for the Linux-based platforms. The command I am using for compilation is simply:
pyi-makespec --paths=lib_to_include myprogram.py pyinstaller myprogram.spec I have also used the option to force the console but without any luck.
