Currently "How to Contribute" says "At Pyinstaller.org

pyinstaller.org redirects to
https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/wiki
But that top wiki page does not offer the promised links to "mailing list,
IRC channel, and Git repository" -- these are found on the Community page,
https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/wiki/Community
So maybe the pyinstaller.org redirect should go to that? Anyway I propose
to use that as the link in the manual.
