i don't believe this has actually been tagged yet (there is a branch), even though we've discussed it a few times. i was just about to send a message about this ... i just tonight took over the Archlinux "stable" package, and i'd like to bump it ... since 0.7, IIRC, predates me. if there are not any serious reasons to delay even further, i'd like to choose the appropriate commit, tag it as 0.8, and be done with it. -- C Anthony
