I've got a lot of specifics filled in now (at http://stromberg.dnsalias.org/~strombrg/pybrowser/python-browser.html), but it's not complete.
If someone more familiar with Pyjs could look it over and comment on inaccuracies and omissions once more, that'd be great. I'm still open to adding new rows (implementations) and columns (attributes of implementations).
