Changes to QObject.tr() and QObject.trUtf8() so that they work as expected with
Qt3.
Put back the separate builds for Qt v2.3.0 and v2.3.1.
Put back QPrinter.PageSize.Custom for Qt v2.3.1.
Added the new /AutoGen/ option where needed.
