Removed the Transfer flag from the QWidget parameter to QLayout.add(),
QGridLayout.addWidget(), QGridLayout.addMultiCellWidget(),
QBoxLayout.addWidget() and QBoxLayout.insertWidget().
Fixes to the build process so it works with the latest automake.
