Hi

I´m a Pylons newbie myself. To create restricted pages on your site
you could read  a recipe:

http://docs.pythonweb.org/display/pylonscookbook/Authentication+and+Authorization

The docs a vague sometimes, and you might have to ask a few questions
here to confirm what you have read.
