I poked around a bit more and in fact several of the menu options are doing this for me. Everything in the About <http://pylonsproject.org/about>, Community <http://pylonsproject.org/community> and Tools <http://pylonsproject.org/tools> menus are redirecting in an infinite loop. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 and Firefox 3.6.14 if that helps.
