Yeah good idea, but with the license I am sure you can add it with or without permission if he doesn't respond.
I just couldn't wait for bugs to be fixed, we are also writing a lot of custom validations that will be included in the package. (simpleform). That along with the fact I like Git more then HG is why the new location.
