Hi Andi, After make'ing and installing jcc (no setup.py changes required); uncommenting the first Mac OS X 10.6 section in Makefile (I have OS X 10.8.5, with stock Python 2.7.2 and Oracle Java 1.7.0_25); and finally make'ing pylucene: 'sudo make install' fails - here's the tail end of the output:
