Unable to install Pylucene

Dear sir,
                 I encountered difficulties while attempting to install
Pylucene (version 8.10.0) on my Linux machine. Despite having installed
JCC, I encountered an unresolved error even after multiple attempts. I have
attached a screenshot also.
