I am new to understanding sound, but I am shavy enough with python. I was
wondering if there was a way to figure out if there is any sound coming from
a file your reading at certain times. Like how does media player now what to
read to get those bars showing the sound playing?
I.E
blah.mp3
secs 1-3 [no sounds]
secs 329 -365 [no sound]
