Not sure I got what you need.
By changing the pitch you mean changing the sample rate when you open the
sound.Output(). As shown in aplayer.py exampe. Right ?
Otherwise you can resample the data manually in Python, but it will be
little tricky I would say.
Any other options you have in mind ?
