What do you want to do with the right channel
?
If you just want to leave it empty you can play
your file through the sound card and just mute the right channel.

I"m working on a multimedia project and will have 4 speakers,
and am trying to send audio to just one of those speakers. I see pymedia can
target specific soundcards, but can it target specific speakers on that
soundcard?
For example, can I play a wav file through the left channel
on the main soundcard?
If not, does anyone know of any other modules
that might be able to do this?
