Hi, How can I color residues by a certain property?Let's say I have a list of property (e.g. mutation frequency from 0-1) for each amino acid residue in a given protein. Is it possible to read that list into PyMol and color the residues by the value of the property.
Can I define the color scale from blue to red or any other color? Many thanks,
