[PyMOL] PDB and Windows XP

Dear users,

While trying to read relatively large PDB files with PyMOL 0.98 I get 
runtime errors under Windows XP and the program terminates. It used to work 
better under PyMOL 0.97 and Windows 2000. Small files seem to be OK. Does 
anybody know a solution to this?
