I need to know what surface the "show surface" command
shows. Is it the molecular surface, surface
accessibility, etc. I didn't see anything in the
documentation or wiki that sheds light on this
information.
Also, I need to know how to interpret the dimensions
of the molecule from one point on the surface to
another point of the surface.
