I have tried to show PyMOL animation through PowerPoint on a Mac Powerbook. The .psw file generated by Scenes/Append in MacPyMOL looked fine in PyMOL, but could not be shown in PowerPoint. Within PowerPoint I have typed command
HD:Applications:MacPyMOL.app/Contents/MacOS/MacPyMOL -xe /Users/hli/Desktop/test.psw
in the Run program slot under Action Settings. The test.psw is in desktop and HD is my hard drive. People here got this function worked beautifully on a laptop running Windows. Has anybody had this working on a Powerbook under OS-X?
