Concerning integrated graphics: The Aqua-Desktop should be accelerated on a MacBook as well, so hardware-OpenGL is there. If you are not planning to visualize a ribosome or virus-structure, it should work. The integrated graphics of the latest Intel-chipset can be compared to an older mid-range-accelerator (lets say from 2-3 years ago or so). Given that the CPU is pretty fast, this should still give you quite good performance. I haven't seen a MacBook with Pymol in action though. -- Bye, Marc Saric
