Dear all, I don't know how to iterate over the whole number of states of a trajectory in order to perform some actions, which are usually performed only on a single state.
For example, how can I alter the coordinates of all the states like in the command cmd.alter_state(all,selection,"(x,y,z)=(x+1,y+1,z+1)" ?
