Hi Xavier,

You can try to install the new version over the old one. This is a dirty 
procedure, but it should work.

On the other hand, are you sure that the old versions are all installed in the 
default directory ? If not, it would complicate the installation. In this 
case, install the new version of PyMOL and copy the plugins (you can find 
them in a pmg_tk/startup directory) in the new pmg_tk/startup directory. You 
don't need to copy:
apbs_tools.py
__init__.py
remote_pdb_load.py
as these modules are provided by PyMOL.
