Hi all, I finally got time and access to machine on which this can be produced. Two workarounds I found were:
(1) Minimnize PyMOL (2) Maximize PyMOL (3) Click on the openGL window and drag the PyMOL window one or two pixels (4) Click inside the openGL window. Does PyMOL refresh? or (1) Minimnize PyMOL (2) Maximize PyMOL (3) In the upper control panel type: "set internal_gui, 0; set internal_gui, 1" Does PyMOL refresh? Do either of these work? If so, use this while I find a real solution. If not, please let me know.
