Cannot compile neither by pyton-like style (python setup.py build install) nor by general gnu case ./configure; make; make install
In 1st case i obtained: modules/cealign/src/ccealignmodule.H:70: error: ‘PyObject’ was not declared in this scope in 2nd case: "Cmd.c:88:21: error: ce_types.h: No such file or directory" I've tried on both cygwin and linux debian lenny machines with no success. Revision to install - 3910.
