Hi all, In doing my usual sweep of the PyMOLWiki for spam, I noticed Thomas Holder's new script that calculates and annotates with CGO arrows, the orientation of a single helix and the angle between two helices. Thomas didn't mention the script here, so I thought I would, as it will be useful for many.
The PyMOLWik page is http://www.pymolwiki.org/index.php/AngleBetweenHelices. Great job, Thomas.
