You can't... easily. This is something we need to add to PyMOL. For the time being you need to use symexp or (A>Generate>Symmetry Mates) to extend the protein into the density. For a final, smoother volume-based representation you can turn up the volume_layers setting to something like 1024 or 2048 if your video card can handle it.
