Hi, Due to a request, I wrote a TIFF to CCP4 converter for PyMOL. This will allow you to read in TIFF stacks as 3D maps. Before releasing the code, either on the PyMOLWiki or incorporated directly into PyMOL, I'd like to test some more stacks. If you have some TIFF stacks to test, please let me know. I'll convert them and send them back as CCP4 maps which you can then test.
