Hello, i have a simple PHP web interface with PDB structures... Do you know if is possible to launch PyMOL (Linux) when we click in the link of a PDB structure, with this PDB loaded?
I'm unable to find a recipe to do launch PyMOL this way. Thank you very much for your help, best regards.
