Dear members,

I came across a new PDB file that is related to a large
ribosome obtained by Cryo-EM. The file is large and therefore
only available in CIF format.

1) fetch 5AFI gives following error
 Warning: failed to fetch from
ftp://ftp.wwpdb.org/pub/pdb/data/structures/divided/pdb/af/pdb5afi.ent.gz
 Error-fetch: unable to load '5afi'

Does fetch deal with large cif files ?

2) this ribosome contains a large variety of modified residues like "PSU"
that are shown as atoms (crosses) with no bonds connecting them.

How could I make them appear ?

Thanks for your help,

Pascal
