I guess I should chime in here. JSmol does read (some fraction of) PyMOL session files. To be sure it has not been a priority to keep up to date with all the amazing PyMOL capabilities, but certainly as a proof of concept it has worked well, and it would be great to collaborate on this to improve it more. I certainly don't claim to know anything about JyMOL, except I guess it uses JNLP. Does Chrome support JNLP anymore? Bob Hanson
