Hi Markus, Is there still a gap (between atoms and cartoon) when you turn on the backbone residues in question?

If the ligand forms a hydrogen bond with a backbone atom, the dashes don't touch the cartoon, but leave a gap. What's the recommended solution (or workaround) to avoid this gap? Thanks Markus
