Dear all,
I need assign some residue names in a PDB file. Basically, I need the following: select a group of atoms, assign a residue name to the group and save into the PDB file. Can this be done by pymol or vmd? Editing the original PDB Text is not a good idea because it is very difficult to pick the group of atoms. Thank you very much. Michael
