Hi Vijay – this sounds interesting! Does the project have a web presence yet ? Since we added PyMOL support to Jalview (see https://discourse.jalview.org/t/jalview-2-11-2-0-now-available/), we’re interested in any solutions that make it easy for adding in additional tools.
