We've created a new directory in the pyogp tree called apps.

It mirrors a regular package structure, with trunk, branches and tags
directories, though it is not being handled as if it is a proper package yet
(so you can't add apps to path and import apps.examples for example). The
trunk is brought into the libdev buildout as a plain external, and lives at
{.../libdev/trunk}.apps, and currently contains an examples directory.
All of the sample scripts have been removed from the pyopg.lib.base.examples
location, and now live in apps/examples.
There is a setup_path.py script in examples/ which looks for the requisite
eggs or packages to import, and all scripts have been updated to import this
file.
