I'm creating the branch
ssh://codespeak.net/svn/pypy/branch/arre-experiments to use for
experimenting with performance. The first of these will be trying to
refactor the usage of the Arguments objects so that fewer objects get
created when it is used. This is a part of the work to get creation of
applevel user-defined objects go faster.
