   There is a  branch called psycopg2-ctypes

link: https://github.com/mvantellingen/psycopg2-ctypes

Because pypy supports ctypes well so I guess this branch should work
with pypy.


Yeah I can try this. I'm just afraid, that this library will not be efficient.
The main intention of using pypy would be to speed up my application.
It might still be, that the overall application will be sped up, but it's a pity gaining in template rendering and loosing in SQL accesses.

I will try this as soon as I get basic django up and running on my host
(see my other post, 'problems with getpass()'
