I will wait a bit, it seems like the initial excitement around the release has died down so I do not expect to see more regressions, but let's give it a few more days.
There is this one that I am trying to fix now https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/issues/2522, it breaks numpy tests but IMO is rarely used in the wild.
