New issue 1882: License of files in 'py' directory is not specified
https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/issue/1882/license-of-files-in-py-directory-is-not

Cat's Eye Technologies:

The file LICENSE gives licensing information for the contents of the
directories 'rpython', 'pypy', 'ctype_configure', 'dotviewer', 'demo', and
'lib_pypy', but does not mention the 'py' directory.

I do not see a LICENSE file anywhere under the 'py' directory tree.

Some of the files under 'py' (e.g. _iniconfig.py) do say "MIT licensed" in
them, but many of them (e.g. _builtin.py) say nothing at all about their
license terms.

If the project maintainers can confirm that the contents of the 'py' directory
can be distributed under an MIT license (or can inform me of the terms under
which they can be used and distributed), I can open a pull request to add that
info to the main LICENSE file (but it would seem presumptuous for me to do that
before knowing what their licensing terms actually are...)
