Hello, After upgrading to python-2.5 on x86-64, only the current snapshots of sip and PyQt (20061008 and 20061006 respectively) would properly compile and install.
With these versions I can no longer run luma (http://luma.sourceforge.net/) nor will eric3 install. When I try to connect to a server with luma I receive: *** glibc detected *** python: free(): invalid pointer: 0x00002b6880809c38 *** Eric3 provides this on install: An internal error occured. Please report all the output of the program, including the following traceback, to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Traceback (most recent call last): File "install.py", line 621, in <module> main(sys.argv) File "install.py", line 552, in main maj = int(maj) ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: '3-snapshot-20061006' Thanks for any assistance.
