Just remove the internal parenthesis and it should work:
if (${QT_VERSION_MAJOR} EQUAL 4 AND ${QT_VERSION_MINOR} GREATER 5)
The current syntax only work with newer cmake versions (it was fixed
on shiboken already BTW).
