It seems to me that if PyQt has a missing attribute or method, then, in
principle, PySide could add what's missing. The only people potentially
affected by this will be those who have added the attribute or method
themselves (v. few I suspect), so in general I don't see why bugs of
this kind can't be fixed and merely a note added to the documentation?

I don't think changes like this come under the scope of PSEP 101 though
(or are you saying I should add them?)
