Hi all,

I check the current PSEP 103, and I think it will be easy to
implement. If everybody agree with the current text we can start this
ASAP, maybe on the next sprint which start tomorrow.
About the properties argument order I agree to keep the same order as
Qt like Mairas did, this will avoid some mistakes and confusion.
