Awesome! To celebrate that, I'm going to re-open tons of old bugs :-)

Yes, I noticed. :-D

Much appreciated, really.

By the way, are there any plans to announce releases of Windows
binaries on the website? The announcements are for source code
releases only, but I'm sure most of the users use pre-built
binaries.

According to the current working model, the core dev team does source code releases, and it's up to the community volunteers to provide the binaries. I like the setup because it makes our work a lot easier and since doing proper packaging is really difficult, this way we can ensure the packagers have proper expertese on the platforms they're working on. Of course, the drawback is that currently the announcements are only regarding the source packages (and Maemo binaries).

As for the binary package announcements on the website, maybe it'd be most straightforward if the packagers did them themselves? We can create accounts for that on pyside.org for the packagers. Roman, Didier, Carlos, Kalev, others, are you interested? :-)

ma.
